It's not quite Christmas dinner, but if you can stomach the prices you could always try a meal at his restaurant the fat duck. The tasting menu is probably the kind of thing you're after.
A mate of mine ate there a year or so back, and said it was worth every penny. He was particularly taken with the Snail Porridge(!)
I loved that welsh guy's commentary "I've eaten at some of the best 'little chef's and this is a step above" . LOL. It's mind-boggling how much thought and effort blumenthal put into this - truly awe-inspiring.
