What do you use for your research, Walter, morningstar or something? You could be right. Harley has been doing a lot in the last year, marketing-wise (and they kind of need to, after looking at their stock this year).
I reckon motorbikes could have a revival of sorts as car ownership becomes more onerous - high taxes, fuel costs and congestions. Bike vendors like Harley and BMW can still try to sell the freedom ideal to the stressed but well-off 30-50 age group.
The risk is that safety regulations will deter the new generations of riders - in Europe anyway, maybe not so strict in the US yet seeing as helmets seem to be still optional.

My broker has it listed as a neutral stock. As a bike rider, I'm afraid I couldn't go there - too many tassles for me :-)
